The Equipment You'll Drive
Every TZA Group driver operates a 2025 or newer Volvo VNL 860 or Freightliner Cascadia sleeper truck. Both models feature automated transmissions, advanced driver assistance systems, spacious sleeper cabs, and modern infotainment. You'll pull 53-foot enclosed dry-van trailers — the most common freight configuration in North America.
What We're Looking For
- Valid CDL Class A license
- Minimum 1 year verifiable OTR or long-haul experience
- Clean MVR — no more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years
- No DUI/DWI convictions
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen
- Dry-van experience preferred
- Must be able to operate ELD-equipped trucks
